How is this ranking determined?

ARO Score measures how consistently a business is recommended by AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) in response to cold, single-turn service queries. Each model is queried independently. The score (0-100) reflects both how many models recommend the business and how prominently it appears in responses.

What is an ARO Score?

ARO Score (AI Recommendation Optimization Score) is a 0-100 index measuring how strongly and consistently a local business is recommended by AI assistants. A score of 90 or above means all four tested models recommend the business. A score below 40 typically means no meaningful AI recommendation.

Which AI models were tested?

ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), and Perplexity. Each is queried independently with cold single-turn prompts. The AIs Agree badge (N/4) shows how many of the four models recommend a given business.
