ARO Index™ is a published research dataset. It tracks how often AI platforms recommend local businesses in response to real consumer queries.
ARO Score™ is a diagnostic metric. It measures your business's visibility across AI recommendation engines at the time of audit.
Neither guarantees business outcomes, customer acquisition, or revenue. This is data, not a promise.
You can run free audits, purchase fix plans, subscribe to monitoring, or sign up for agency plans.
By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Use ARO Index responsibly. The following are not permitted:
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Agency access codes are tied to your subscription. They grant your team access to agency-level features.
Do not share access codes outside your organization. We can revoke codes that violate these terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Prices may change with 30 days notice. We will notify you before any price increase takes effect.
The $47 ARO Fix Action Plan provides 3 specific recommendations based on your audit results.
Implementation is your responsibility. Results depend on execution and AI model behavior, which changes independently of us.
A fix plan is a diagnostic report, not a guarantee of improved rankings.
Partners earn 30% recurring commission via Rewardful. Commission applies to referred subscriptions for the lifetime of the customer.
Self-referrals are not permitted. TaG Makes LLC can adjust commission rates with 60 days written notice.
AI recommendation behavior changes constantly. A high ARO Score™ does not guarantee that any AI platform will recommend your business.
Rankings reflect a snapshot of AI behavior at the time of audit, not a prediction. Models update independently and without notice.
Use ARO data as one input among many when making business decisions.

The scoring methodology, audit process, and index data are proprietary.
You may reference your own ARO Score publicly. You may not republish the full ARO Index™ dataset without written permission from TaG Makes LLC.
We audit real AI platforms using real queries. Scores are calculated consistently across all businesses in the index.
AI models update their behavior independently and without notice. Your score may change between audits even if your website does not change.
We report what we find. We do not control what AI models recommend.
TaG Makes LLC is not liable for business decisions made based on ARO data.
Use the data as one input among many. We are researchers publishing findings, not advisors guaranteeing outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaG Makes LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform and its data.
We can suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. We will notify you by email if we take action on your account.
You can stop using the platform at any time. Cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Any disputes will be resolved in Charleston County, SC.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
