What We Collect

ARO Index™ collects only the data needed to run AI recommendation audits and publish rankings. Here is what we gather:

  • Domain names and business names. We collect these to identify the businesses we audit.
  • Location data. City and region data helps us organize rankings by market.
  • Audit scores. Your ARO Score™ and the signals that make it up are stored as part of the index.
  • Email addresses. Only if you provide one voluntarily (for example, when requesting an audit or signing up).
  • Payment information. Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How We Use Your Data

  • Running AI recommendation audits on your business.
  • Publishing ARO Index™ rankings so businesses can see where they stand.
  • Sending audit results and fix plans to your email address.
  • Tracking score changes over time to measure progress.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to run the platform. Each has its own privacy policy.

Cookies

Rewardful places a 60-day tracking cookie for affiliate attribution. That is the only tracking cookie on this site.

We do not use Google Analytics. We do not run retargeting pixels. We do not use any other tracking cookies.

Data Retention

Audit data is retained indefinitely as part of the published ARO Index™ research dataset. This includes domain names, business names, location data, and scores.

You can request removal of your data at any time. Email therese@tagmakessc.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct any inaccurate data.
  • Delete your personal data from our systems.

To exercise any of these rights, email therese@tagmakessc.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted to this page. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
